The year we started hiring for Indian employers
Our Story
We began in 2010 doing one thing: permanent recruitment for IT and BFSI companies in New Delhi who were tired of paying for job portals and still doing all the screening themselves. Our first clients stayed because we did the part that actually takes time — talking to candidates, checking whether they would really move, and telling the client the truth when a role was priced wrong.
As those clients grew, they asked for more. Contract headcount they did not want on their own payroll. Confidential leadership searches they could not advertise. Whole hiring functions run for them during a ramp-up. We built each practice only when an existing client needed it, which is why they all still work the same way: one named consultant, one written SLA, one person answerable for the outcome.
Today we recruit across 12+ industries and 16 cities, and source for 100+ locations across India — for startups making their first ten hires and for enterprises opening new sites.

2010
We start as a two-person permanent-recruitment desk in Delhi NCR, hiring for IT and BFSI clients who needed faster shortlists than job portals could give them.
2014
Clients asked us to hold contract headcount as well as fill it, so we built an in-house payroll and statutory compliance function for PF, ESIC and professional tax.
2017
A dedicated retained-search team for CXO, VP and functional-head mandates, with competency-based assessment and market mapping.
2020
Through the pandemic we moved the entire process online — video screening, digital documentation and remote onboarding — and kept clients hiring.
2023
Embedded recruiter teams and volume drives for BPO, retail, warehousing and manufacturing clients ramping up new sites across tier-2 India.
Today
Consultants covering 16 cities and sourcing across 100+ locations, with permanent, contract, executive search, RPO and payroll under one roof.
